Business Development Associate - Labacorp Energy Limited

Responsibilities

• Analytical preparation of potential growth opportunities for the company.
• Maintaining good working relationships with current clients.
• Meeting with different company teams and establishing goals and strategies.
• Give feedback loop to monitor execution and inform the next round of planning.
• Develop and implement growth opportunities within and between the companies.
• Identify and generate prospects using strategies geared towards customers in their target markets.
• Collaborate and integrate the knowledge and feedback from the organization’s specialist functions.
• Contribute significantly to the project content and direction, as well as the design and structure of solutions.
• Find and develop new and existing referral sources from which successful referential relationships can be gained. 
• Develop policies and plans designed to achieve company objectives.
• Establish new business relationships, primarily with investors or companies interested in establishing themselves in Nigeria's Agricultural Sector.
• Work closely with the CEO to ensure client acquisition and revenue targets are met and exceeded

Qualification

• Write Good English / Grammar
• Based in Douala, Cameroon
• Office and Mobile Working
• Ability to work from home and in office
• Bilingual: Fluent in English & French
• Must be passionate about development in Africa
• Must be enthusiastic and thrives on balancing multiple priorities
• Ensure that you are capable to fulfill the duties and responsibilities
• Must be good in making phone calls to potential and existing clients
• Computer: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Vision
