We also house a wide range of free weights, bench presses, rowing machines, a boxing trainer, a weightlifting platform, a functional trainer etc. Our squat rack is great for deadlifts and curls. We’ve also provided our members with kettlebells and medicine balls for ballistic exercises and a yoga area for increasing your flexibility.

Machines are fitted with personal counters to help you keep a track of your workout.

Our equipment includes the latest brands such as Technogym, Concept 2, Cross Max, Matrix, Hammer Strength, Assault and Star trac.
