CHARACTERISTICS OF THE JOB

• Job title : MACHINE OPERATOR 
• Field of activity: COMMERCE
• Location of the position: DIBAMBA, CAMEROUN
• Position : WORKMAN
• Main mission : REPAIR MACHINE AND PREVENT ANY MECHANICAL PROBLEMS

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Education : Mechanical Engineering 
• Level of education: have at least a GCE A Level in any field related to Mechanical Engineering
• Technical skills: Good coordination and intercultural communication skills, Ability to use IT Tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Ability to write reports. 
• Personal qualities: Good interpersonal skills, Ability to analyze, judge and plan  
• Professional Experience: at least 01 year working experience in a related activity
• Age: between 21 and 35 years’ old
• Be Cameroonian and able to work at DIBAMBA Factory
• Being perfectly bilingual will be an asset
• Speaking Chinese is a plus

THE MAIN TASKS OF THE POSITION

• Ability to repair the Machines and prevent any mechanical problems before it occurs.
• Responsible for the management of the local machine workers, including the arrangement and organization of team personnel, training, etc…  
• According to production demand, be responsible for starting the machines, making necessary adjustements to make it run smoothly, shutdown the machine
• Responsible for performing spot inspection and maintenance of the machine
• Responsible for material check after shutdown of the machine;
• Responsible for material control, handling and tracking of abnormal material costs
• Responsible for checking the quantity of finished goods produced

PROFIL DU CANDIDAT

• Formation : Ingénierie Mécanique   
• Niveau de formation : Avoir au moins un Bac technique dans un domaine lié au génie mécanique
• Compétences Techniques : Bonne coordination et compétences en communication interculturelle, capacité à utiliser les outils informatiques : Excel, Word, Powerpoint. Capacité à rédiger des rapports.  
• Qualités Personnelles : Bonnes compétences interpersonnelles, capacité d’analyse, de jugement et de planification
• Expérience Professionnelle : au moins 01 an d’expérience professionnelle dans une activité similaire.
• Age : âgée entre 21 et 35 ans
• Être camerounais et pouvoir travailler à l’usine de DIBAMBA
• Etre parfaitement Bilingue est un Atout
• Parler chinois serait un atout

MISSIONS /FINALITE DU POSTE

• Capacité à réparer les machines et à prévenir tout problème mécanique avant qu’il ne survienne
• Responsable de la gestion des ouvriers locaux de la machine, y compris l’arrangement et l’organisation du personnel de l’équipe, la formation, etc… 
• En fonction de la demande de production, être responsable du démarrage des machines,
• Effectuer les réglages nécessaires à leur bon fonctionnement, arrêter la machine.
• Responsable de la vérification du matériel après l’arrêt de la machine ;
• Responsable de l’inspection ponctuelle et de l’entretien de la machine  
• Responsable de la vérification de la quantité des produits finis
• Responsable du contrôle des matériaux, de la manipulation et du suivi des couts anormaux des matériaux.
